Resources
Below, you’ll find links and recommendations related to Buddhism and Christianity. This is a living list and will certainly expand with time! I hope these resources are beneficial for you.
Buddhism
Meditation
Lama B. Alan Wallace - the teacher whom I primarily follow for Tibetan Buddhist meditation and philosophy.
Santa Barbara Institute for Consciousness Studies - This is the website for an organization created by Lama Alan, which has hundreds of hours of his talks and meditation recordings.
Center for Contemplative Research - located in Crestone, Colorado, this organization was also created by Lama Alan to provide a serene environment for dedicated practitioners, as well as study the progression of meditators using rigorous scientific methods. I hope to enter long-term retreat here one day.
